Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the HBM Website Monitoring System ("Service") operated by Home Builder Marketers ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

The HBM Website Monitoring System provides:

• Website health and availability monitoring
• Content publication tracking for blogs
• Google Business Profile post monitoring
• Alert notifications for website issues
• Suspicious URL detection

User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you may need to:

• Connect a Google account for Google Business Profile integration
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Use the Service to monitor websites without proper authorization
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Transmit any malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Google Business Profile Integration

When connecting your Google Business Profile account:

• You authorize us to access your business location and post data
• You confirm you have the right to access the Google Business Profile accounts you connect
• You may disconnect your Google account at any time through the Service
• Our use of Google data complies with Google's Terms of Service

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Home Builder Marketers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data you provide to the Service, including website URLs and configuration settings.

Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including:

• Google Business Profile API
• ClickUp (optional)

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
• The results from using the Service will be accurate or reliable

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Home Builder Marketers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data
• Business interruption
• Any damages arising from your use of the Service

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Home Builder Marketers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

Termination
